I like to follow tracks in the snow. These are wispy, very light on the crust. They lace the hollows where trees have toppled. I'm stepping through their houses, their burrows, and I feel them the same way I feel the mycelium binding the roots of the trees together. Fungal systems feeding the trunks, the silent wrinkled watchers without any eyes. I feel the light die away, dipping below a slack mute mouth, exhaling teeth. On cold days wind ripples through the powder, rounding, rounding. I'm in my office and it's filling with silence, piling it up.
A truly psychedelic jazz record, “Bloom Anubis” ventures out into uncharted territory, with ominous tones & sci-fi synths. Bandcamp New & Notable May 15, 2021
Written in response to the climate crisis, “Leviathan” is a brooding and beautifully unsettling batch of dark ambient songs. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 16, 2023
